Tara Bollback – Billing Specialist
Tara is originally from Burlington, Iowa and moved to California with her husband in September 2005. She joined our office staff in December 2006 and presently works part-time in our billing department as she raises her two young daughters. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her church and doing craft projects.
Vicky Garcia – Front Office/Back Office
Vicky recently joined our front office staff and has assumed many important duties including scheduling appointments, insurance authorizations and assisting patients. Born and raised in California by parents from Michoacan, Mexico she has worked in the medical field for many years. Vicky received her Medical Assisting Certificate in 2006 and her Nursing Assisting Certificate in 2012. Vicky has been married for 16 years and has two wonderful teenage children. Outside the office, Vicky enjoys kickboxing and reading.
Diane Longoria – Surgery Scheduling
Diane is a native Californian and graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in English. After raising two daughters she made a career change to the health care industry and joined our staff in September, 2011 as our surgery scheduler. Diane’s responsibilities include coordinating the doctors’ surgery schedule, working with patients’ to arrange pre-operative testing, and scheduling post-operative care. Diane’s leisure enjoyments include traveling, music and reading.
Melinda O’Reilly – Medical Administrator
With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Melinda joined Orange County Vascular Specialists, Inc. in July 2011. Melinda’s responsibilities include greeting patients, ordering office and medical supplies and coordinating the mailing of Reminder Notices to patients. She resides in Huntington Beach with her daughter. Outside of work she enjoys photography, skating and bike rides with her daughter.
Wendy Pegan – Office Manager
An Orange County native, Wendy received a Business Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach. After several years working in the insurance industry, Wendy stayed home to raise her son and daughter. She returned to the paying work force in 2005 and joined Orange County Vascular Specialists, Inc. in 2009. As Office Manager she is responsible for the office administration including account receivables, surgery billing and Human Resource duties. Wendy has many interests outside of work including spending time with her husband of 27 years, her adult children and other family and friends.
